I approach my work with congregations from a place of love—love for who they are and yearn to be and the experiences that have shaped them. I listen with a discerning ear—for whispers of hope and wisdom. And I seek to lead with deep humility, believing that only they hold the answers and ability to transform their situation and that the Spirit is already present and active.
